About Us
Daradia is a pain management clinic and hospital in Kolkata that received the “Best Pain Clinic” award from the Indian chapter of International Association of Pain and “Excellence in Pain Practice” award by World Institute of Pain first time in Asia in 2010.
It is not just the best pain management clinic in Kolkata or the best pain management hospital in Kolkata, it is the best pain clinic in the country. We received the “Best Pain Clinic” award from ISSP, the Indian chapter of IASP. We also received “Excellence in Pain Practice” by the World Institute of Pain in 3 categories for quality pain practice, research & training for the first time in the whole of Asia. Our director has authored several books on pain management for doctors.
In Bengali ‘DARADIA’ means one who is compassionate & feels others’ pain. We have the facilities of diagnosis, treatment, research & training

Dr Gautam Das
Dr. Gautam Das is the Dean of Indian Academy of Pain Medicine and ex- President of Indian Society for Study of Pain, He is author of 4 popular textbooks on pain management, He an editor-in-chief: "Journal on recent advances in pain", Past chief editor in "Indian Journal of Pain", Ex-chairman in World Institute of Pain in India, Iran, Pakistan, Sri Lanka section. He is examiner of FIPP exam, USA & Netherlands. He is the Director of Aesculap Academy Pain Management Fellowship, Kolkata. He is faculty at DMIMS, Wardha;
Dr Chinmoy Roy
He is a well-known faculty in National and International Pain conferences, workshops & Pain Medicine training programs. He published multiple papers in international index journals and a few texts book chapters.

Dr Debjyoti Dutta
Pain Physician. Daradia Pain Clinic, Kolkata and Fortis Hospital Kolkata. Faculty of Daradia Pain Management Courses. He is an Ex-Assistant professor and in charge of the pain clinic at the College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, Kalyani. He is a well-known faculty of National and International Pain Management training programs and workshops. Faculty for DNB at Fortis Hospital Kolkata. He is the registrar of the Indian Academy of Pain Medicine.
Dr Kanchan Sharma.
Director and Consultant Pain Physician at Aadhya Pain Management Centre,Jaipur.She holds a Fellowship in Pain Management and certification in POCUS (MSK).Presently she is the governing council member of ISSP.She has authored chapters in Clinical Methods in Pain Medicine ,Basics of Pain Management and Handbook of Pain and Palliative Medicine. She has received Women Erudite and Pain Ambassador Award. She is the faculty for various courses running at Daradia.She has been invited as a speaker at various national and international conferences.
